First of all, I would like to introduce my brief personal background. My name is Sam Rany, and I was born on March 11, 1982 at Kampot province, 148 Km Southern part of Phnom Penh capital, Kingdom of Cambodia. After finishing High School in 1999, I had continued my tertiary education at Phnom Penh. Fortunately, I had received a university scholarship from the Catholic Church Student Center (CCSC) in 2000; I had selected legal studies in the Faculty of Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in the academic year 2000-2004.
