 Valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of
arrival in Singapore: Photocopies of the bio data and last page of
passport.
 Duly completed Application Form and a covering letter stating
clearly your purpose of visit to Singapore; (For Business original
Company letter with applicant details, purpose of visit)
 Confirmed onward and return ticket. Airline staff traveling on
open air ticket need to produce a no objection certificate (NOC)
from the airline concerned together with his/her staff identity
card;
