This itinerary provides a 12-day tour of attractions in Sabah, Malaysia. Key activities and destinations include sightseeing and a cultural show in Kota Kinabalu, visiting Kinabalu Park and Poring Hot Spring, snorkeling at Manukan Island, white water rafting near Beaufort, observing turtle hatchlings at Selingan Island, seeing orangutans at Sepilok, wildlife river cruising in Sukau, a Sandakan city tour, and experiencing a Rungus longhouse. The package includes accommodation, meals, transport, tours, and domestic flights.

1. Day 1 : Kota Kinabalu
Meet and greet by our guide upon arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport and transfer to hotel.
Start to Discover Kota Kinabalu by sightseeing of Kota Kinabalu, the state Capital of Sabah, popularly known as
“LAND BELOW THE WIND” with a drive to signal hill for bird’s eye view of Kota Kinabalu rainforest city passing
through Atkinson clock tower, Wisma Tun Mustapha, Chinese temple, state mosque, Museum and finally visit to
handicraft centre.

Day 2 : Kinabalu Park and Poring Hot Spring
Depart to Kinabalu Park Headquarters on a 2 hours drive. The park is known for its diverse range of flora and fauna
and the majestic Mount Kinabalu, the highest Mountain in South East Asia. At the park, a Mountain Garden guided
Tour provides an informative overview of the Kinabalu Park.
After Lunch, proceed to Poring Hot Spring, where guest will walk through the Canopy Walkway, hanging as high as 60
meters above ground (which no one should miss). Return to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon.

Day 3 : Tuanku Abdul Rahman Marine Park
Morning we depart to Kota Kinabalu Jetty for a 20 minutes boat ride to beautiful Manukan Island. At the island, you are
at your own leisure to swim or snorkel or simply laze on the beach under the tropical sun. There are trails for short
nature walk or other water sports activities such as Banana Boat Rides, Para Sailing and Sea Walking.
A superb beach BBQ lunch will be served and head back to Kota Kinabalu in the afternoon.

Day 4 : White Water Rafting
Morning Depart to Beaufort, a town located 1 ½ drive from Kota Kinabalu. We will catch a train at 1000 hours from
Beaufort to the Pangi, passing through the scenic Padas Gorge and remote village. The river rafting will be on a 10km
stretch. The adventure will speak for itself when one shoots the rapid after rapids.
A luscious BBQ lunch awaits one at the end of the adrenalin ride. After lunch, depart back to Kota Kinabalu by train to
Beaufort and onto Kota Kinabalu.

Day 5 : Selingan Turtle Island
Early Breakfast at Hotel.

2. Catch the Morning flight to Sandakan and meet our guide at Sandakan Airport. Depart for Sandakan Town and transfer
to jetty to board for transfer to Selingan Turtle Island. Travelling time is approximately 1 hour. Upon register at the park,
lunch will be served at the cafeteria. Free at leisure at the island and gather at cafeteria for dinner while waiting for the
park ranger to signal for the turtle watching.
Observe the whole activity of the turtle laying eggs and covering the hole, tagging of the turtle by the park ranger and
transferring of the eggs to the hatchery. If there are young turtle hatchlings, an opportunity to observe the hatchlings
being release to the sea.

Day 6 : Sepilok Orang Utan Experience
Depart for Sandakan and proceed to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre upon arrival for a close encounter with
the wild-man of Borneo during the feeding time. After lunch is free at leisure

Day 7 : Sukau
Depart overland to Sukau by van en route stop at Gomantong Cave, home to million of swiftlets and bats, the bird’s
nest is an edible Chinese delicacy. In the evening, cruise for proboscis monkey and other wildlife.

Day 8 : Sukau
Early morning proceed to Ox Bow Lake in search for more wildlife and experience the early morning ambience of the
Kinabatangan River for light jungle trekking. After lunch, free at leisure. In the evening continue for another river cruise
in search of further wildlife.

Day 9 : Sandakan City Tour
Depart Sukau and continue onto Sandakan City Tour with visit to Malay Fishing Village and Chinese Buddhist Temple
which at 300meters above sea level offers a panoramic view of Sandakan Bay. After lunch transfer to airport for
departure flight back to Kota Kinabalu.

Day 10 : Rungus Longhouse Homestay Experience
Depart to Kudat about 3 hours drive, home the native Runggus tribe. Proceed to visit Honeybee Farm at Kg Gombizou
and Gong (Traditional Brass/Iron drum) Making at Sumangkap. Mingle around with the Rungus Community and dinner
is served with Local Rungus Traditional Cuisine. Highlight of the night is the performance of traditional dance.

3. Day 11 : Tip of Borneo
After breakfast depart to Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, the most northern Tip Borneo. Enjoy the spectacular scene
where the South China Sea and the Sulu meet. After Lunch, enroute back to Kota Kinabalu.

Day12 : Kota Kinabalu
Breakfast at hotel.
Free at leisure for you to explore Kota Kinabalu your own or simply relax in the hotel. Transfer to Kota Kinabalu
