company is earning on its equity. It tells where a company's strength
lies and where there is a room for improvement.

Secondary Data- Company Financial reports of last 3 years, from
2010-13.

3. Description of Work Responsibilities
Taken

Calling to clients by LMS (Lead Management System) provided by
the company.

Fixing the Appointment with the clients.

Meeting with the Prospective clients interested in the financial
products such as, SIP (Systematic Investment Plans), Demat
Account, Insurance, Health Insurance Plans.

Elaborating the Financial Products details.

Fallow-up of the clients.

At last feedback of the clients if everything went right documentation
process for filling the forms.

4. What did we learn?

We have acquired the Basic knowledge of the Financial Market.

The Answers to the following Questions:
Why one should invest? When to Invest? Various options available
for investments.
What is Mutual Fund? Benefits of Investing In Mutual Funds? What
is NAV (Net Assets Value).


Different Types of Mutual funds.

Stock Exchange Market, Trading in share market, Types of Trading
in share market i.e. Delivery, Intraday, Future & options.

Importance of Insurance and different types like Edelweiss Child
plans, Save and Grow plan, Cash Flow Protection and Term plans.

5. How will this Experience help me in
the Future?

By our SIP, we are now ready to face the corporate challenges and
especially the pressure handling of target.

Apart from this also learned regarding the future planning &
Investment related decision making.

The art of personnel selling, interacting with the new peoples.

Many key aspects of financial Services Market, investment options
for financial freedom like how important a Term Plans and Health
Insurance for the family.

I will utilize these experiences further for the welfare of the people in
imparting the financial literacy.
