• Non Negotiable documents to CHA & its entry in Cargo Status Report for
ICD Loni.
• Intimation to CHA for payment requests after the custom duty showing in
ICEGATE.
• Follow up with various Shipping Lines for IHC Debit notes / with
forwarders for DO Charges.
• Payment processing for custom duty, IHC & Container Security Deposits
etc.
• Intimation to finance regarding the requirement of funds from bank for
payment, uploading of the duty in the ICE GATE and ensure that the
payment is done within time.
• COC plan to CHA & disptach plan to the transporter on the basis of the
urgency of the material in the plant.
• Grounding/Shifting instruction to Loni officials & passing instruction of
handover of material to transporters.
• Followup with shipping Lines due to DO failure, empty offloading, debit
notes etc..
• Maintaining container security MIS and its follow up with CHA and
shipping Lines.
• Arraning the vehicle gate in the plant if there is a urgency & its
unloading.
