lead to depression.
 It is important to be active and maintain
a good balance for your life.
 Helpful ways to deal with stress:
 Exercise
 Sleep
 Quiet/Alone time

 4: Exercise boosts energy
 5: Exercise promotes better sleep
 6: Exercise puts the spark back into your sex

4. Small things that make a BIG
difference..
 Eat Breakfast
 Take Your Lunch With You
 WATER! WATER! WATER!
 STOP drinking so much soda! JUST STOP
IT!!!
 BALANCE
 Replace one unhealthy snack a day with
fruits or vegetables

6. Being Smart When Drinking
 Know your limits
 Stay with people you know and trust
 Pace yourself; the body processes about one
drink per hour
 Avoid chugging or gulping drinks
 Drink plenty of water
 Watch your drink never leave it unattended
 Avoid mixing alcohol with other drugs
 Be wary of your surroundings
 Don’t drink and drive!
