2. This year, much like last year, we
will keep surprising people on our
social channels every month…
…but this year we’ll add an extra
dimension to it.
3. An unexpected surprise can make your day.
Whether it’s a free coffee at your favourite cafe, or a kind
compliment, the world just looks a little brighter. You can
find these little moments of happiness in every corner - and
when you least expect them, that’s when they hit you the
most.

5. IN-STORE
In-store experience is going down in Belgium. We
want to make a visit to IKEA a fun and positive
experience for all customers…
By creating little corners of happiness in store.
We’ll hack the IKEA showroom with tips for a small
act of kindness.
Discover something new every time you visit:
we’ll change the tips according to the season
(winter, summer), even link them to the theme
weeks.
The tips will have to be created in French & Dutch.
Text should be short, sweet & handwritten,
illustrations fun & playful.
Style reference: Eva Mouton.
Discuss the integration of the illustrations in the
stores with COMIN - they should be very visible
when people are shopping, maybe even a bit
unexpected to reinforce the surprise effect.
8. We keep on surprising people on our social channels
every month, but we’ll add an extra dimension to it.
We’ll take beautifully styled photographs of the tips
in the store & we’ll start a little treasure hunt on
Facebook.
Optional: with short animated videos in the same
style as the illustrations in the store, we explain our
followers more about small acts of kindness.
We’ll also send a personalised gift to a number of
influencers, to help spread the ‘kindness message’
to our followers.
The people who share a photo from the store on
Facebook/Instagram with #leveelkedag/
#àchaquejoursesplaisirs will be rewarded with a
personal gift.
Optional: a webpage to launch the concept, where
we explain ‘small acts of kindness’, show the making
of, gather our photographs and the user generated
pictures…

9. PACKAGING
When the customer receives his gift, he opens
the box… and there’s another box in the corner.
So we’ll make him happy with a gift, and he
gets the chance to make someone else happy
as well. We’ll give him everything he needs to
pass a kind gesture on: a prepaid post package
and a small attention for one of his loved ones.
The outside of the box & the note will be IKEA
branded (using the hashtag).
Coloured sketch of an open cardboard box -
please use the one on slide 7 as a reference.
The quote ‘#LeveElkeDag” should be on the
front outside of the box, in Verdana Bold.
Inside the box we see some baking utensils
like you can find on this link: http://

Inside the box we also see ANOTHER box,
ready to be send to someone else.
