2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Pre-Order Activities:-
1. Receiving the customer Drawing and verifying the design changes.
2. Study the process details and preparing the control plans, PIPS & PPAP
Documents, analysing FMEA documents.
3. Analyzing what our customer requirements and implementing POKA-YOKA
methods.
4. Submitting the sample part to our customer and get feedback. If no changes
occurred moved to production part approval (PPAP).
Post-Order Activities:-
1. To follow the control plans, PIPS documents day to day production parts,
analysing process sequences.
2. Verifying every parts setup approval, In process inspection are done at Quality
gate and supplier end also.
3. If any customer rejection occurs, preparing the 8D reports and implementing
corrective & preventive action plans.
4. Documenting monthly basics layout Audits, tools audits, supplier audits, and
educating operators about 5S, Welder Trainings.
5. Analysing customer end rejection, in house rejection charts, and Quality
performance ratings and implementing inspection standards.
