accounts to the correct container in AD, Active Directory Object attribute changes.
• Management shared drives related issues.
• Handling users Display Name, Email address changes as per the user’s needs.
• Managing quota related issues for both home drive and shared drives.
• Applying Microsoft windows patches on servers through HPSA.
• Implementing policies to access and deny the desired groups and users.
• Granting of Local Admin Rights to user’s on Local Workstations.
• Service account creation, deletion, and owner change.
• Activating and deactivating the Blackberry user accounts for both domains (AMEX and
BPOS).
Sail Point Identity IQ:
• Submitting @ AMEX Role access request
• Entitlement/Additional Access request for ADS
• User Access Certification, User Access Transfer and User Timely Termination reports

• Deprovisioning Request for ADS and Approve/Reject Standard IDs/Access requests

Virtualization:
