Our featured speaker, Ritsuo Shingo is president of the Institute of Management
Improvement and senior advisor to the Lean Leadership Institute. His
father, Dr. Shigeo Shingo, is known as one of the world’s leading
experts in improving manufacturing processes and helped create
many aspects of the practices integrated into the renowned Toyota
Production System. Ritsuo incorporates many of his father’s
teachings into his own, and following in his father’s footsteps, has had
a very successful career with Toyota. To this day no one else from
Toyota has had the uniqueness of a career as Ritsuo, who was responsible
for various start-ups, and has the record for paying all debts along with turning a profit
within one year.

2. Nigel Thurlow has over 25 years of experience in Lean implementation
and process improvement, has trained Toyota in Scrum, and will lead
the Scrum Master training at the summit. All attendees will leave this
event as a certified Scrum Master, learn the Toyota Way to A3
problem solving, Agile thinking, and Financial Overall Equipment
