My chief goal is to make a difference in the lives of individuals, organizations and families. In helping individuals, my primary focus is executive assessment and coaching within an organizational setting. I enjoy working with large or small organizations in the areas of strategic planning, program evaluation, organization learning and conflict resolution. With my Supreme Court certification in Family Mediation, I work with families who are going through divorce or other major conflict.
