Compact Crosswords : This app shows a very
good crossword app, but what it doesn’t have is
the option to choose a specific topic by
searching it in a search engine, which is what
our app has.
12. Shortyz Crosswords:
This crossword app
has a crossword
creator, but it doesn’t
have the topic search
feature our app will

educational and it
aimed at teenagers in

19. Our app idea should be feasible since there are apps
with the same tech intergraded but the best ones of
these cost a lot of money. This app is puzzle maker but
it costs money. They will be our main competition but
things are always better when they’re free. We will still
earn money through our app through use of
advertisement.
20. Many customers would like to have our app for free
so we will probably include add popups so that they
can play without having to pay. This will earn us
ample amounts of money through advertisers, and
if customers don’t want popups, they’ll have to pay
a micro-transaction to get rid of the adverts.
21. We are hoping to reach our customers through word of
mouth in certain areas. We will tell it to our contacts and
prompt them to inform their own contacts about it. This
will be a be both cheap and effective way of reach our
customers.
It does have a few flaws since if one
customer is unhappy they may ruin the
reputation, but our app will be very
effective, so it is highly unlikely for it to
receive a bad reputation.
This app will be appealing to our
specified audience, because of it being
fun and very user friendly. It will be
appealing because it targets a specific
problem that teenagers these days have,
which has also been proven by our
market research before.

Use your key insights statements from your findings during Scoping to provide evidence that your app is solving a genuine problem in a different way for users.
Examples:
Buzzer Buddiez: you wake up to hit snooze/ switch off the alarm, but don’t get up. Friends and family i.e. social pressure can help to push you to actually get out of bed.
Transit: parent- teacher conferences are not open-ended conversations. You can map the key areas of negative feedback around attendance, behaviour, results etc. to bridge the conversation between parents and teachers.
Oyster on the Go: Oyster travel data can already be accessed online, the key trick is to make it easily accessible on the go.
Cattle Manager: You can keep a simple record of your actions on your phone
Summarise what you have learnt about data, content and technical feasibility.
