Mireia de 6 años nos dice
un refrán saludable:
“desayuna como un rey,
come como un noble y
cena como un mendigo”
Luego nos cuenta los
hábitos saludables que le
gusta hacer en familia:
pasear, andar en bici,
patinar… y nos recuerda
que siempre debemos
llevar casco.
Mireia, 6 wrote a saying:
“have a king’s breakfast,
a nobleman’s lunch and a
beggar’s dinner”
she says she loves going for a
walk with her parents, riding
a bike and rollerblading.
She reminds us not to forget our helmets!!
