This document summarizes statistics on Scrum Alliance certifications from February 2009 to June 2010. It shows that the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification had the highest growth rate at 91% and the Certified ScrumMaster certification reached over 64,000 individuals. The Certified Scrum Developer certification more than doubled in size while several certifications grew by around 40%. The statistics demonstrate strong overall growth in Scrum Alliance certifications during this period.
