3. In Middle East Asia, people live in
areas where there is lot of oil and
petroleum. They live there because
there are jobs working with petroleum.
The pay is good there because of the
oil resources and they make a lot of
money exporting oil. They economy
there is dependent on the cost of oil.
The Middle East covers 5 million
square miles, with much of it being
desert. People sometimes use camels
to travel through the deserts since they
can go for a long time without water.
4. In central Asia there is a lot of grassland and
people raise livestock.
5. In southeast Asia they raise many crops
such as rice, coconuts, sugar cane, and
spices.
6. In the Northeast Part of Asia the ring of fire
lays east of Russia and Japan.
Earthquakes occur there and tsunamis
can go up to 100 mph.
7. Where would you choose to
live?
I think if I had to choose, I would live
in the Middle East so that I had a
good job. I wouldn’t want to be a
farmer, because that would be a
lonely life. I also don’t want to live
where there are tsunamis, because
everything you owned could be
destroyed and you would have to
start all over with your life.
