1. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS FoBLC POLICY
The Friends of Brockley & Ladywell is a membership organisation based in the borough of
Lewisham, London.
Individuals who join the Friends’ group enter their personal details on membership forms, or
in the PayPal form, if joining in this way.
Personal details are held securely, are not sold or transferred to third parties in any way.
Financial details (eg bank details) are not retained.
Membership details and Gift Aid forms will be made available to statutory and regulatory
bodies (eg HMRC) is so requested.
By giving their contact details, members are assumed to be giving permission to be
contacted by the group unless otherwise stated. Members are sent information about the
group, minutes of meetings, updates on events etc. and other information related to the
group’s work, to the two cemeteries and to the wider cemeteries’ friends’ movement.
