セカンドチャンス勉強会の意義
1. 新しく、かつすぐ使えるテクノロジー・ビジネス・考え方を
勉強会参加者全員で共有する
◦ 人工知能・AIをはじめ、多くの技術・テクノロジーがビジネス利
用されようとしています。ただ、まだまだビジネスにするには研
究開発段階のものも多く、期待先行のバズワードも入り混じっ
ています。
セカンドチャンス勉強会では「新しいテクノロジー・ビジネス・考
え方」の中で「すぐに顧客に売り込む事ができるレベルに成熟
しているもの」を勉強会内で情報共有します。
セカンドチャンス勉強会の意義
2. 参加者が参加者のエバンジェリストになって
認知を拡大させる
◦ 参加者がプレゼンテーションする自社の商品・サービスを認知
し、それらを広める役割を他の参加者自身が持ちます。もちろ
ん好き嫌い・得意不得意が商品・サービスごとにあるため、参
加者のできる範囲でそれぞれ参加者全員がエバンジェリストに
なります。

1. 参加者の皆様へ挨拶、イントロダクション
(セカンドチャンス 松本)
2. プレゼンターによるサービス紹介・解説(50分)
3. 質疑応答(15分)
4. 参加者同士の情報交換・コミュニケーション(50分)
5. 終了
*開始から終了まで、およそ2時間を予定しています。

セカンドチャンス勉強会の今後の展開
1. 仲間を増やす・主催者側を増やす
◦ 最初に書いている勉強会の意義を理解してくれる方を増やす必要があります。ITやウェ
ブ系に限らず、農業や製造業、サービス業など幅広い分野の方に加わっていただきたい
と考えています。
2. 勉強会の実績を積み重ねる
◦ 月に1回の勉強会を5回~10回まで開催することで、実績を積み重ねます。実績を積み
重ねるためには、プレゼンターの方を集める必要があります。
3. オープンイベントを行う
◦ 実績を積み重ねた後、クローズドの勉強会とは別に、オープンなセミナーイベントを開催
します。基調講演やサービスの紹介などを行います。
