Rules on the amount, manner and deadlines of membership payments

1. Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 3, point 3 of the Statute of the Association, the
Assembly of the Association adopted the following on 01 July 2020:
RULES ON THE AMOUNT, MANNER AND DEADLINES OF MEMBERSHIP
PAYMENTS
Article 1.
Purpose
This Rulebook determines the amount, manner and deadlines for payment of
membership fees (hereinafter: membership fees) of the Serbian Games Association
(hereinafter the Association) for full members of the Association.
Article 2.
Membership amount
The annual membership fee of the Association for different packages is:
Start package - 240eur
Pro package - 1.200eur
Premium package - 3.600eur
Service package - 960eur
The membership fee is paid in dinars (rsd) at the middle exchange rate at NBS on
the day of payment.
Article 3.
Manner of payment
The membership fee referred to in Article 2 may be paid once for the entire
calendar year, twice every six months or quarterly. Members are obliged to inform
the Executive Office of the Association about the manner of payment of
membership fees in the application form for membership in the Association.
Article 4.
Payment deadline
Members who opt for a one-time payment of the membership fee are obliged to
make the payment of the entire membership fee no later than 15 days after signing
the Membership Agreement.

2. Members who decide to pay the membership fee twice every six months are obliged
to pay the first half of the membership fee no later than 15 days after signing the
Membership Agreement, and the other half of the membership fee no later than six
months from the day of signing the Agreement.
Members who decide to pay the quarterly membership fee are obliged to pay the
first quarter of the membership fee no later than 15 days after signing the
Membership Agreement, and the remaining quarters no later than three, six and
nine months from the day of signing the Agreement.
Article 5.
Entry into force
These Rules enter into force on the day they are adopted.
