A lot of people think that getting into shape is a hard thing to do. The thing about getting into shape

Try a few situps, and other exercises that encourage a full range of motion. These kinds of exercises
keep your body flexible, which becomes important as you get older and want to be able to reach

Exercise releases wonderful hormones in your body called endorphins, so take the time and enjoy
them. Give yourself a few minutes after a work out, just to relax and enjoy the feeling of the
endorphins running through your body. This is a positive feedback for your body that will keep you
coming back for more each day.
A fun and exciting way to change your exercise up is to replace one or two exercises with sprinting.
A sprint in a park will allow you to enjoy the scenery while having an intense aerobic workout. It
requires no special training, however you should speak to a doctor before starting.
Standing arm curls are a great exercise for your arm muscles. To get a full range of muscle workout,
flex while lifting. At the end of each repetition, straighten your arms completely by flexing your
triceps. Flexing will ensure your muscles are worked through the entire range of motion.
When working out, you should not stress about fixed rest periods between each set. You should rest
whenever you need. Typically, this will be less in the early sets because your body is fresh. As you
become fatigued, then make your rest periods longer. If you do this, you can potentially cut your
workout time by around fifteen to twenty percent.

motivate you but something you can reflect back on to see how you're progressing. You can feel
