• Remember it is a C.V. of a teacher, so it
should be neat, correct and descent.
• Paste your passport size on right corner if
mentioned in Advertisement.
• Avoid spelling mistake.
• Don’t use short forms.
• Use simple and clear language. Don’t be
too flashy.

• Write ‘Curricular Vitae’ or ‘Bio-Data’ on the top,
central alignment.
• Name & Address - Write your name and address
on the top with right alignment. Don’t align left,
it’s some part may disappear in filing.
• Aim – Write achievable and practicable aim, in
simple and clear words. Don’t be too ambitious or
over confident.
• Further content should be left aligned.

mention for the sake of impression. If you don’t
have hobbies, don’t mention anything.
• Special Achievements – First rank, Merit rank,
Gold medal, Special prizes on district to
international level in any co or extra curricular
activities. Even Social or research achievement
can be mentioned. It will impress employer
additionally.

• Confirm a schedule of an interview.
• Get the information of how and where to
reach.
• Be sure about a venue because some time
institute conducts interviews at head
office/main campus/city office etc.
