I am a Web application specialist, with a particular focus on performance. I recently worked at Joyent on the Node.js team, and I am the author of the O'Reilly book "Up and Running with Node.js". I also have extensive experience working with high performance web sites, including the Yahoo! homepage. Previously I've worked with many leading companies and organisations in the US and UK such as Walmart, Yahoo!, NASA, MySpace, Tesco, UK Channel 4 and Three Telecom.
