The International Fellowship Program at the World Forestry Center is a professional development program for mid career professionals in natural resources from around the world. Every year we host a group of eight international professionals for six months (April – October) to conduct soft research on forestry related topics. Our program has over two decades, with more than 140 alumni representing 40 countries. Our program showcases the Pacific Northwest natural resources management practices through study tours to the forest sector stakeholders, intending to spread the use of already successful practices to other parts of the planet.
