1.CRAFTING IDEAL STUDENT AVATAR
• Understanding ideal student group before marketing the
course will help to craft marketing messages that speak
directly to their frustrations, needs, and desires.
• The ideal student avatar is essentially a representation of the
ideal student for the course. Write at least a one-paragraph
description about the ideal student and keep them in mind
while implementing the marketing strategies.
2.PUBLISHING PROMOTION VIDEO ON
YOUTUBE
• Creating a short video to promote and publish it on YouTube. We
could even create multiple promotional videos, each with a
different title, to increase exposure for the course. Popular
keywords related to the respective topics can be used in the video
titles and descriptions so they rank well in search results for those
terms.
• Including link to the website or course in the promotion video
descriptions. If the promo video does well, consider running ads
for it using platforms like Facebook or Google.
3. OPTIMIZING SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES
• The social media profiles are a great way to advertise about
the courses. Updating bio on all the social networks to show
the area of expertise. Including a link to the main website (or
even directly to the course) in the profile to help the
interested people to navigate to know more about the
intended topic.
4. HOSTING A LIVE WEBINAR
• One of the best ways to sell online courses is to host a live
webinar for people who are interested in the topics.
• During the webinar session, sharing some of our best
content for free intimates students to proceed with the
course. This helps to build trust before we introduce our
course.
5. MENTORSHIP PROGRAMMES
• The customers should be explained about the different types of
courses offered by the company. Using E-mail to advertise about
new courses added in the platform. Live sessions on social media
platforms between the mentors and the students. Zoom meetings
can be allotted to share the mentors’ experiences and motivations.
