Open all images
Size all source images (portraits)
Set DPI for all images to 72
Combine all photos to background image
Free transform all images into place
Lasso individual layers to remove background
Apply mask to all layers
Radial gradient to each individual source image to blend
Blending brush
Add Text Layers for Title and names
