11. Additional Terms &
Conditions
+/- 10% of schedule variances are acceptable.
Payment for the project will be settled in three phases:
 30% at the beginning of the project
 35% after 6 months from project start date.
 Rest 35% after final delivery (implementation)
Delay in payment would result in financial compensation
which will be mutually decided but will not be less than Rs.
10000 per month.
Unaccepted or unapproved delay in project output will invite
financial penalty which will be mutually decided but will not
be less than Rs. 50000 per month.
