11. Additional Terms &
Conditions
+/- 10% of schedule variances are acceptable.
Payment for the project will be settled in three phases:
30% at the beginning of the project
35% after 6 months from project start date.
Rest 35% after final delivery (implementation)
Delay in payment would result in financial compensation
which will be mutually decided but will not be less than Rs.
10000 per month.
Unaccepted or unapproved delay in project output will invite
financial penalty which will be mutually decided but will not
be less than Rs. 50000 per month.
