18. What’s my story?
After delivering over 10, 000 hours of fitness
programs, I have seen it all. I have worked in
women only fitness centers, senior centers, golf
clubs, private training studios.
I spent 5 years studying Kinesiology at
university and participated in 100’s of hours of
training and workshops.
