• If you need to take immediate action, what will be the 3 things that
you need to do?
• What is the biggest hindrance at this moment?
• How do you propose to overcome this hindrance?
• Do you know where to look for resources to help you move to the
next level?
• What are you willing to do in exchange of result that you expect?
The Power of Why
• Why are we successful? • Why are there constraints?
The Pivotal Question
“How do we leverage on ___________ (our successes);
to overcome ______________ (our constraints);
in order to achieve ________________ (our goals)?”
Note: Take into account your successes and constraints that are instrumental
in achieving your goals in answering this question. This is not a straightforward
