Karen Fisher Project #2   Objective:   To address areas of weakness before the Earth Science Regents Exam.   Pre-Assessment: Students will review their grades on past exams in order to identify any areas of weakness.    
PROCEDURE: -Students will be developing a project that will  help review a topic that they had difficulty with during the year.  -Students will take the “Learning Strategies” survey in order to help them identify which learning style they prefer. -Students will be given a choice of projects that they can choose from that address their preferred learning style.  
GROUP A -Independent research report. -Geographic Comparison -Myth Busters -Photostory GROUP P -Create a review game -Myth Busters -Photostory -Create activity that re-teaches independently GROUP C -Create an illustrated book -Infomercial -Myth Busters -Song All projects require the use of  technology.
  Post-Assessment:   Students will construct and take a quiz on SchoolIsland.com.  The results of the quiz will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of their review project.
