Robynne Sisco is co-president and chief financial officer (CFO) at Workday, and
oversees the company’s finance, investor relations, legal, and real estate
organizations. Prior to expanding her role to co-president, Robynne served as
Workday’s chief financial officer beginning in 2016.
Robynne joined Workday in 2012 as chief accounting officer, bringing more than
30 years of corporate finance and accounting experience to the role. Prior to
joining Workday, Robynne was chief accounting officer and corporate controller at
VMware, where she was responsible for accounting operations, real estate, and
facilities. Before VMware, Robynne served as senior vice president and chief
accounting officer at VeriSign and assistant controller at Oracle. She also held
senior finance roles at Visa, General Electric, and Ford. Robynne has served on the
board of directors for Unity Technologies since 2017.
Robynne holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from
Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting

Leighanne Levensaler is chief marketing officer and executive vice president of corporate
strategy at Workday. In this role, Leighanne is focused on defining Workday’s long-term
growth plans in ways that help build the brand and create customer demand in markets
around the world.
Leighanne brings more than 20 years of experience and an exceptional level of expertise in
technology and business to her current role. Previously, Leighanne co-led Workday Ventures
along with leading the corporate strategy team at Workday. Prior to that, Leighanne led
product management for Workday’s applications including Workday Financial Management
and Workday Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Workday in 2009, Leighanne
was principal analyst and director of talent management research at Bersin & Associates.
Before that, she led the learning consulting practice at SystemLink Enterprise Solutions, and
previously held positions at SmartForce, Edutrek International/AIU, and Deloitte Consulting.
Leighanne holds a master’s degree in human resource development from Georgia State
University and a bachelor’s degree in education from Clemson University. She is a Henry
Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a member of The Rework America Task Force.

Ashley Goldsmith is chief people officer at Workday and has global responsibility
for human resources, global impact, workplace facilities, and the Workday
Foundation.
Prior to joining Workday, Ashley served as CHRO and executive vice president at
Polycom. Preceding Polycom, she was senior vice president of human resources,
corporate communications, and environmental health and safety for the Tissue
Diagnostics Division at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. Ashley has also previously served
as CHRO at Ventana Medical Systems and as divisional vice president of human
resources at The Home Depot.

Emily McEvilly: Chief Customer Officer

Emily McEvilly is chief customer officer at Workday and oversees the company’s
customer experience organization, which includes Professional Services, Education
Services, Customer Success, and Workday Support. In this role, she is responsible for
deployment success and customer satisfaction across the Workday global customer
base and for driving new innovations that deliver increased value to Workday
customers.
Previously, Emily served as senior vice president of services at Workday, responsible
for ensuring operational excellence of the company’s services team. Prior to joining
Workday in 2010, Emily spent 10 years with PeopleSoft and Oracle in various
leadership positions focused on business development and solution deployment. Emily
started her career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where she was engaged in
the healthcare and higher education practices. She has lived and worked in North
America, South America, and Europe.

Sheri Rhodes: Chief Information Officer

Sheri Rhodes is chief information officer (CIO) at Workday. She oversees the
company’s global information technology organization, with responsibility for the
internal deployment of Workday products.
Prior to joining Workday, Sheri served as executive vice president and chief
technology officer at Western Union where she was responsible for product
engineering, security, and corporate technology. Preceding Western Union, she
was CIO at Electronics for Imaging and also held various leadership roles at
Symantec, Visa, Washington Mutual, and KPMG.

Carrie Varoquiers is vice president, global impact and employee life at Workday, and president of the
Workday Foundation. She is responsible for philanthropic grant-making, employee community
involvement programs, environmental sustainability efforts, diversity and belonging, employee
well-being, and corporate citizenship reporting.
Prior to joining Workday, Carrie served as president of the McKesson Foundation and vice president of
corporate citizenship at McKesson Corporation. Carrie developed the McKesson Foundation Mobilizing
for Health grant initiative, which encourages the use of mobile technologies in chronic care. As well, she
founded Giving Comfort, a not-for-profit program supporting low-income chemotherapy patients. Prior
to joining McKesson, Carrie was founder and president of Cause Partners, a cause marketing consulting
firm based in San Francisco, California. Carrie has also held various positions at Levi Strauss & Co.,
including program director responsible for cause marketing programs for all Levi brands.
Carrie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Golden Gate University, a Master of
Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree from University of California,
Berkeley. She serves on the board of Family House and is an advisory board member of Charlie Cart.

Karen Minicozzi: Vice President, Presales
Karen Minicozzi is vice president, presales at Workday. She is responsible for the
design and delivery of Workday’s applications globally including Workday HCM,
Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning.
Karen joined Workday in 2007 and has held various leadership roles across the
organization in sales, services and products. Prior to Workday, Karen worked in human
resource (HR) software sales at PeopleSoft and SAP, and spent more than 15 years as an
HR practitioner for the United States Federal Government.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian studies and psychology from the University
of Virginia.

Barbara Cosgrove: Vice President, Chief of Privacy
Barbara Cosgrove is vice president, chief privacy officer at Workday, and is responsible for
Workday’s global privacy, ethics, and compliance strategy and operations.
Barbara has extensive expertise in managing international data protection compliance
programs, and implementing data governance policies, technology compliance standards and
programs, and privacy-by-design frameworks. She has also served as the chief security officer
for Workday.
Prior to joining Workday, Barbara led various compliance programs within Kaiser Permanente

As Accenture’s chief marketing & communications officer, Amy Fuller leads a global
team of approximately 2000 marketing and communications professionals focused on
strengthening the Accenture brand in the marketplace and helping to grow the
business. Amy is responsible for brand, advertising and research, content and digital
marketing, social media, corporate and financial communications, industry analyst and
media relations. She is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and
the Accenture Diversity Council.
Prior to joining Accenture in 2017, Amy served as senior managing director of global
brand at Deloitte. She is an experienced global marketer with a blend of agency and
client-side executive management roles. Amy headed global consumer marketing for
MasterCard which entailed developing the iconic “Priceless” campaign across all
channels and markets. Her particular experience is in leading multidisciplinary
marketing efforts for complex global businesses and leading teams across specialties
and geographies. In reinvigorating the Accenture brand, Amy is currently presiding
over the company’s largest-ever growth in brand value.
KC McClure: Chief Financial Officer
KC McClure is Accenture’s chief financial officer with responsibility for
the company’s corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations,
financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning and analysis, and
corporate development functions. She is a member of Accenture’s Global
Management Committee.
Prior to her appointment as CFO in January of 2019, KC was senior
managing director – Business and Commercial Finance and was
responsible for all of Finance’s work across Accenture’s markets and
services. In addition, she was responsible for our Commercial
Management and Finance Strategy & Enablement functions. During this

Wendy Nieto: Chief Financial Officer
Whether challenged by managing a company through rapid growth or the frenzied
schedules of two active teenagers, Wendy thrives on a fast pace, improving processes,
and positive outcomes.
Throughout the past 18 years, Wendy has held CFO positions for various technology
companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. For Alchemy, she sees an opportunity to
build scalable business operations systems to support whirlwind growth–with a team
and company culture that is prepared and eager for that challenge. Her background in
corporate finance, planning, investor relations, and SEC reporting rounds out the
Alchemy leadership team with a keen focus on operational excellence.
Wendy earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University East
Bay and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California. She is a Board member of the
National Charity League’s Diablo Valley Chapter. And she’s an enthusiastic driver for
and champion of soccer, tennis, dance, and other outdoor family activities with her
husband Michael.

Heather Cola: Vice President, Human Resources
When people are motivated and passionate about what they do, and when
employees are happily engaged in a vibrant and rewarding company culture,
Heather is satisfied.
Heather’s career includes HR leadership roles at enterprise software leaders
PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Workday. She has been responsible for building and
driving the development and execution of all HR functions including global
HR strategies, recruiting, employee engagement, performance and talent
management, and manager effectiveness programs. Her approachability and
intuitive understanding of people dynamics inspire a sense of sincerity, trust,
and professionalism in her leadership.
Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from St Mary’s College
of California. When she’s not thinking about teammates and culture, she’s
usually found camping and enjoying nature with her husband Chad, son, and
dog.

Carole Hall:Vice President, Talent Development
Carole is Alchemy’s knowledge rock. Her thoughtful training programs give Alchemists a
solid foundation for their consulting, service, or operations careers. Her earnest interest in
tapping the learning potential in people (“instead of what they don’t know”) benefits all
Alchemists, partners, and customers.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of
Missouri-Columbia, Carole’s career focused on operations and program management for
nearly three decades. While she considers herself fortunate to have experienced many
different roles in her career, she’s happiest when teaching. “Everyone has the capacity to
learn,” she says. “They just need the opportunity.”
Carole’s 100-year-old home, gardens, and rescue dog Princess consume almost all of her
free time. She has flipped roles–from trainer to learner–and has taken classes in wine and
the culinary arts, and she enjoys “just being a better cook” for friends and family.

Execution
Kelly operates best when she’s wearing multiple hats. This ability to be flexible and
balance priorities comes into play every day in Alchemy’s fast moving and aggressive
growth startup culture.
Kelly joined Alchemy to define and develop the Production Services practice. Within a
year, she was promoted to her current role, where Alchemy can take greater advantage
of her leadership, project management, and “get-it-done” skills. She brings 20+ years of
technology project management, product management, sales, and operations to
Alchemy, where she finds motivation in the opportunity to directly influence the
development of her teammates and the growth of the organization.
Kelly kicked off her career in technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management
Information Systems from the University of Dayton. Life has since brought her to
Southern California, where she enjoys playing beach volleyball with her husband and
trying to keep up with her two boys.

As Alight Solutions’ chief financial officer, Katie Rooney leads the finance organization and
manages all aspects of financial management and reporting for the business.
Previously, Katie was the CFO for Aon Hewitt. Prior to that, she was the CFO for Aon
Hewitt’s Outsourcing business and global head of financial planning and analysis. Katie also
led corporate finance, corporate M&A and financial risk management activities within

Maria Yao leads the full breadth of delivery operations across Alight Solutions. Responsible
for leading Alight’s thousands of service delivery colleagues, Maria is deeply knowledgeable
when it comes to understanding the needs of Alight’s clients and how to better serve them.
She thrives on creating an engaging environment for colleagues by embracing opportunities
created through operational efficiencies using the latest technology, including robotics and
automation.
Most recently, Maria was executive vice president, HR & Financial Solutions at Alight, where

Andrea most recently served as vice president, global commercial operations at Aon Hewitt, responsible for

Ginni Rometty is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM. Mrs. Rometty was
appointed President and CEO effective January 1, 2012. She became Chairman of the Board of
Directors on October 1, 2012.
Mrs. Rometty began her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit, Michigan. Since then she has held a
series of leadership positions in IBM, most recently as Senior Vice President and Group Executive,
IBM Sales, Marketing and Strategy. In this role, she was responsible for business results in the 170
global markets in which IBM operates and pioneered IBM's rapid expansion in the emerging

Lynne Doughtie: Chairman and CEO
Lynne Doughtie is U.S. Chairman and CEO of KPMG — one of the world’s leading professional
services firms. She also is a member of KPMG’s Global Board and Executive Committee.
From 2011 to 2015, Lynne served as vice chair of KPMG’s Advisory business, establishing Advisory as
the firm’s fastest growing business. She also oversaw the expansion of KPMG’s capabilities in innovative
services and solutions, including information security, strategy, digital/mobile, and transformation.
Lynne began her career in KPMG’s Audit practice in 1985 and has served in a number of national,
regional, and global leadership roles, including lead partner for several of KPMG’s major clients.
Lynne is a governing board member for the Center for Audit Quality and a member of The Committee of
200. She also serves as a board member for NAF, the Partnership for New York City, and LUNGevity.
She has received numerous accolades, including Fortune magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Business,
Accounting Today magazine’s Top 100 Most Influential People, the National Association of Corporate
Directors’ 100 most influential people in the boardroom, and “Woman of Achievement” by the National

Martine Ferland is President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer, a $5 billion global leader in
redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real
health and well-being. She also serves as Vice Chair of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE:
MMC), Mercer’s parent and the leading global professional services firm in the areas of risk,
strategy and people.
Martine leads Mercer’s 25,000 colleagues in providing trusted advice and solutions to build
healthier and more sustainable futures for our clients, colleagues and communities. She is
passionate about working with clients to solve their toughest challenges of today and tomorrow,
and in leading purposefully through sustainable growth to create a better society and provide
better outcomes for people. Martine is often asked to express her views on diversity and inclusion,
sustainability, longevity, and workforce transformation through technology, and is one of Mercer’s
most engaged leaders in charitable outreaches. She also is active in Mercer’s global volunteering
program, Mercer Cares, which partners with organizations to create high-impact initiatives in

Gail Evans: Chief Digital Officer
Gail Evans was named Mercer’s first Chief Digital Officer in June 2018 and is a member of
the Executive Leadership Team. As Mercer’s CDO, she leads a dedicated team focused on
driving and delivering Mercer’s digital transformation strategy, partnering with a variety of
teams across Mercer.
Prior to her CDO appointment, Gail was Mercer´s Global Chief Information Officer, also as a
part of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, she oversaw transformation and
modernization of Mercer’s technology, with an emphasis on innovation and the security of
Mercer’s data assets. She directed the development and implementation of MercerOS, a
cloud-based digital ecosystem designed to enable secure collaboration, innovation and
program development. She also created the vision and implementation of Indigo Knowledge
Fabric, which enabled the use of big data and artificial intelligence for multiple use cases
across Mercer. Her other key contributions have included the introduction of Agile 2.0
program development methodology and the technology oversight of MMC’s first robotics
program.
Prior to joining Mercer in 2016, Gail held various positions throughout her career, including
Partner Program Manager at Microsoft, working across Microsoft Business Groups, Product
Engineering and IT teams; Vice President and General Manager at Hewlett Packard; and
Technology Executive (SVP) at Bank of America. She began her career at Eastman Kodak
Company as a Technology Executive and as CIO of Consumer Digital, leading digital
transformations.

Jackie Marks: Chief Financial Officer
Jackie Marks has worked in finance for more than 20 years, joining Mercer in 2018 as CFO.
In this role, Jackie is the leading force behind our efforts to frame the financial growth and
operational health of Mercer.
In fact, she has a long history of financial leadership, having held CFO roles at Thomson
Reuters, Siemens AG and a variety of private equity firms.
During her time at Thomson Reuters, Jackie was CFO of Enterprise, Technology and
Operations, as well as CFO of Reuters Editorial. She drove significant top- and bottom-line
benefits during the company’s recent transformation program.
Over the course of her career, Jackie has lived and worked in the United States, the United
Kingdom and, most recently, Switzerland. Today, she lives with her family in the New York
area. She is originally from Pennsylvania and attended the University of Central Florida,
where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

In her roles, she was responsible for architecting and delivering ERP solutions and large system business transformations within faith and community based systems, children’s hospitals and academic medical centers. Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Tricia worked in the healthcare provider segment for Franciscan Health where she spent 13 years – 3 years as the Executive Director of St. Francis Medical Group where she grew the multi-specialty practice from 23 to 65 physicians and built and led the $30M+ operation and 10 years in the Franciscan Health shared IT division as the Product Line Manager for financial systems including both package and custom-built solutions. In this role Tricia had direct interaction with the 9-health system executive leadership teams and led key initiatives identified by the overall system leadership. She also created the vision and implementation of Indigo Knowledge Fabric, which enabled the use of big data and artificial intelligence for multiple use cases across Mercer. Her other key contributions have included the introduction of Agile 2.0 program development methodology and the technology oversight of MMC’s first robotics program. Prior to joining Mercer in 2016, Gail held various positions throughout her career, including Partner Program Manager at Microsoft, working across Microsoft Business Groups, Product Engineering and IT teams; Vice President and General Manager at Hewlett Packard; and Technology Executive (SVP) at Bank of America. She began her career at Eastman Kodak Company as a Technology Executive and as CIO of Consumer Digital, leading digital transformations.
  • 133. 133 Jackie Marks: Chief Financial Officer Jackie Marks has worked in finance for more than 20 years, joining Mercer in 2018 as CFO. In this role, Jackie is the leading force behind our efforts to frame the financial growth and operational health of Mercer. In fact, she has a long history of financial leadership, having held CFO roles at Thomson Reuters, Siemens AG and a variety of private equity firms. During her time at Thomson Reuters, Jackie was CFO of Enterprise, Technology and Operations, as well as CFO of Reuters Editorial. She drove significant top- and bottom-line benefits during the company’s recent transformation program. Over the course of her career, Jackie has lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom and, most recently, Switzerland. Today, she lives with her family in the New York area. She is originally from Pennsylvania and attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
