Research Methodology

To analyze the shopping habits of current and potential users of online
shopping, we designed a questionnaire that covers the product concepts we have
developed. As online payment is already a know service, we decided to go directly
to the customers to ask them questions about their habits / concerns.

As we had limited time, we decided to use non-probability sampling, with convenience (we
    shared our survey with our family and friends on facebook)
