PROJECT 1:
Project Name: Sellers Help/ SD+ Case Implementation
Role Senior Developer
Organization Snapdeal (Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd)
Project Description:
Snapdeal is an online marketplace, based in New Delhi, India. Currently it has 3 Lac sellers,
30 million-plus products and a reach of 6,000 towns and cities across the country and uses
salesforce for automating their business process. Different implementations under this project
are as given below.
Movement of Cases among Queues: There are different types of cases having issue related to
Finance, Training, Logistics, and Disputes. Cases should to be moved to appropriate queue based
on issue they are related to.
Escalation of case to Team Leads and Managers: Alert should go to team leads and managers if
cases are not resolved in given time frame.
Tracking Cases Reopen History: To keep a track of quality of solution provided to sellers. Cases
reopen history helps team leads and manager to monitor whether issue of sellers was properly
handled or not.
O2O Authorization: Online to Offline (O2O) is an initiative where Snapdeal has tied up with
offline stores like Chroma, The Mobile Store etc. to allow customers to get their goods in
shortest possible time from their nearest offline seller store. O2O has two models namely Pick-
Up where customers would have to go to the nearest offline store and pick-up their goods. The
other model is O2O delivery where the nearest offline store would deliver product to customer
in shortest possible time.
Role and Responsibilities
• Analyzing business requirements for agents facing challenges while serving sellers.
• Developing Application after discussion with product managers and Business analysts.
• Implementation of email-to-case and cases assignments logic.
• Defining logic for Movement of cases from one queue to other.
• Defining ownership of cases to work on cases.
• Putting various validation rules on cases. For example if a case is resolved, it must be
owned by a user, not by a queue.
• Positioning fields in page layouts, added VF pages in page layout, and page layout
assignment.
• Have worked on Apex Classes, Pages and Triggers.
• Writing the Test Classes for Classes and Triggers developed with more than 85% code
coverage.
PROJECT 2:
Project Name: Suborders Management and Integration to Agent Serve
Role Senior Developer
Organization Snapdeal (Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd)
Project Description:
Sellers of Snapdeal raise cases for the suborders having different issues like product is
returned with seal opened or product damaged. Sanpdeal pays to sellers for their losses.
Suborder Information is already available in “Agent Serve” system. Once dispute case is
raised, Agent at Snapdeal sends suborder number with type of issue to “Agent Serve”. Agent
Serve makes calculation based on payment matrix and send back information about amount
of money which should be returned to seller.
Role and Responsibilities
• Interacting with product managers and business analyst.
• Decide upon the solution architecture for the requirement.
• Integration between SFDC and “Agent Serve”
• Creating objects and relationships among them.
• Writing workflows, triggers, classes, test classes, Making callouts.
• Development and enhancement of application using Eclipse with Force.com IDE
• Development of GUI using Visualforce pages and business logic using Apex classes.
• Making deployment from Dev sandbox To QA Sandbox, From QA sandbox to UAT sandbox
and then in production.
PROJECT 3:
Project Name: Zendesk Replacement
Role Senior Developer

Project Description:
Zendesk is the application used by Snapdeal to solve ticket of Snapdeal Affiliates. Snapdeal
affiliates are the third party system who works for promoting Snapdeal products in market
and get their commission for the same.
Zendesk was rolled out after affiliate ticketing system was developed in salesforce.
Role and Responsibilities
• Gathering requirement by Interacting with product managers and business analyst.
• Decide upon the solution architecture for the requirement.
• Email-to-Case implementation, creation of queues and writing assignment rule.
• Writing workflows, triggers, classes, test classes, making callouts.
• Development of GUI using Visualforce pages and business logic using Apex classes.

PROJECT 4:
Project Name: CTI Implementation (SFDC-Cisco integration)

Project Description:
Earlier salesforce was integrated with C-Zentrix. As a part of this project, C-Zentrix was replaced
by UniAgent adapter that integrates Cisco voice platform with Salesforce as IVR(Interactive
Voice Response) functionality. When seller calls to Snapdeals call center number, We perform
different check to this number. We check whether number is registered or not. Based on
registered / unregistered number different IVR options are given to seller. If it is a registered
number, then announcement are made based on its preferred language. If language preference
is not available, also option is provided to update its preferred language. Few announcement
are also played sellers while routing call specific agent groups, And when call is landed to any
agent computer screen, all information of sellers are automatically opened on agent screen.
Role and Responsibilities
• Requirement Discussion product managers, business analyst, Consilium Team.
• Solution architecture declaration for the requirement.
• Development of rest base web Services.
• Development of GUI using Visualforce pages and business logic using Apex classes.
• Implementation of standard Salesforce CTI functions.

Project Name: DEB-HEM SFDC Implementation

Project Description
Direct Energy is a North American retailer of energy and energy services. The company was
founded in 1986 with more than six million customer relationships in Canada and the United
States. It is the largest energy and home services retailer in North America. Direct Energy is a
subsidiary of UK-based Centrica plc, an integrated energy company.
Salesforce.com Solution implemented integration among SFDC, DEHQ, Genesis and Vera-
Hedge.
Role and Responsibilities
• Analyzing business requirements
• Developing the requirements as discussed in the Client Calls.
• Integrated SFDC with DEHQ, GENESIS, Vera-Hedge, by using Biz-Talk as a middle ware.
• Developed the requirements either by configuration or customization which ever fits best.

which was integrating Salesforce to Right and we developed similar functionality in salesforce
to integrate it with Right90.

sales persons(Sales user). We did enhancement to so that marketing process can be made fully
automated.

• Consuming Seibel and SAP WSDL and generating apex classes.
