Surin Automotive Pvt. Ltd. Pune unit is leading manufacturer of Fueled Hydraulic Tanks, Counterweight,
Load Bodies, and Cabins for on and off highway applications. Surin is leading manufacturing heavy &
medium duty press components, Sheet Metal Structures, Fabrications, Painting and Assembly of
Automobile Load Body. Manufacturing of Precision Machined Components. For JCB, HYUNDAI,
MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA, TATA MOTORS, SANY India Ltd. Eaton Hydraulics Ltd. Kirloskar oil
engine khadki., Jay Hind Industries .Surin is almost single source supplier for every customer due to its on
time delivery and product quality. Surin is ISO 9001-2008 Certified Company
NATURE OF WORK:-
 Implementing PFMEAs, Control Plans, PFD, Tooling requirements and establishing Inspection
standards for newly developed parts.
 Conduct product and process audits.
 Coach Supplier in preparation of Manufacturing Process Plan, review and validate the same.
 Work with supplier on root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Monitor Corrective
Action.
 Handling customer complaints for quality aspects.
 Focus on customer complaints & do the root cause analysis in depth.
 Submit counter measures to customer for quality issues and Monitor the action implemented for the
customer issues.
 Monitor the action implemented for the customer issues.
 Awareness of customer expectations & training provided to engineers & local operators.
 Product warranty life validation and scoop.
 Examine and improved the product life and confirming the worst Condition at which product can
Run for Existing product as well as New product before Launching in Market.
 Handling quality system with the help of a team including 5 Engineers, 12 associates.
 Handling customer like JCB, HYUNDAI, TELCON & TML.
 Handling customer complaints for quality aspects.
 Focus on customer complaints & do the root cause analysis in depth.

 Reduction in cost of poor quality by extensive usage of quality tools.
 Execution of testing plans for raw material to be followed.
 Execution of calibration record of all instruments.

 Coordination with PPC, Store, Suppliers & Customer also.
 Daily review through morning meeting.
 Training provides to local operators to avoid the Customer Quality Complaint (CQC).
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Reduce PPM level 85000 to less than 2000 and it is continuously maintained 6 month.
