Starting position. Please note: Rows will NOT be saved. All Pre-entries will be assigned by drawing.
Information. We will use the START–RESTART format, similar to the national Enduro series format. All test sections will
begin with a start control. There will be absolutely no timekeeping trickery. There will be a course cutoff section for the C classes,
Masters, Women, and Golden Master. Spectator sheets will be available at the sign-up area on Sunday morning. There will one gas
stop location away from the start, open to pit crews, for which we will provide a gas truck. You will use this gas stop three times
during the course of the event. If you do not have a support crew, you will need a gas can to place on our truck. Key time for the start
will be 9:00 AM Daylight Saving Time.
There will be a sound test at the start with a 94dB limit.
Awards. New T-Shirts will be available for purchase. Award plaques will be given to approximately one-third of place winners in
each class.

I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while participating in the event and while upon the event premises and, relying on my own judg ement and ability, assume all such risks of loss and
hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons and organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.

2. Great Food. The Delaware City Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary will provide great food at the Del. City Fire Hall as you enter Delaware
City, where signup will be located. There will be a spaghetti dinner Saturday evening and a pancake and sausage breakfast on Sunday
morning. More specialty food items will be served during the day on Sunday. Adult beverages will be available Saturday evening and
Sunday afternoon. The ladies put in a great deal of effort and time each year to make this a great convenience. Please patronize!
Starting Position: The Drawing for starting numbers will be held on April 26th, 2013. Only completed, signed and paid entries
will be entered into this event. We will have four riders per row until the C-rider rows, after which we can place five riders on a row.
Entries received after the drawing date will be placed by postmark. Don’t be left out!! Rows will NOT be saved if an entry has not
been received by April 26th. We will not save rows for AA riders after the drawing. Entries from A and B riders stapled to a C-rider
entry will be assigned to a C-rider row. We will post Rider Number and route sheet information on our website at
www.delawareenduroriders.com and also on the www.ECEA.com website after the drawing.
Sign-up will be from 2:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday in the firehouse bay in the back of the building and from 6:00am on Sunday in
the main firehouse. Post entrants are welcome all day Saturday during signup and Sunday until close of signup at 10:00.
Land Use: Land for this event is completely private property. Permission for this event is granted for one day only by those
authorities. Anyone apprehended riding on these trails after this event will be arrested, fined, and your vehicle may be impounded.
GAS: There is a gas station in town in Delaware City. We caution you that radar is usually set up in the speed zones leading into
and through the town.
Directions to start: The camping area (primitive – no hookups/water) and start is located at the Delaware National Guard
Armory, Gov. Bacon Health Center, Delaware City, DE. Follow arrows from Rt. 1 (exit 152), and US Rt. 13 intersection with
Delaware Rt. 72 to Delaware City. Signup will be inside the fire hall located on the right as you enter Delaware City. Camping and the
start is 1/2 mile from fire hall. GPS address is 815 on 5th Street in Delaware City, Delaware. N 39 34.506 W 75 35.869
Requirements: All riders must have a valid driver’s license. The motorcycle must be equipped with a headlight, taillight, and a
license plate attached to the motorcycle. The license plate must be attached below the taillight on the rear fender. All machines must
be fitted with a securely attached muffler. There will be a sound test and inspection for proper equipment at the start. All entrants
must have a valid A.M.A. card ($49 available at the sign-up tables). The TEST for new C-riders and ECEA membership (no charge)
will be available on Saturday only between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
