time & attendance and access control hardware systems to provide attendance,
late clocking exceptions, overtime information of employees to the HR, Payroll
and their respective departments.

 Change in shift’s date and time, Accept/Reject shifts
 Employees will be allocated shifts against their Employee Codes.
Click Staff Name to open Staff Profile
When any holiday is clicked, the option
“Assign for Holidays” will be set to “Yes”

details of staff
 Staff can view and enter reason against the exceptions for approval

 Reason and remarks entered by staff is sent for approval
