gallery. Festival will celebrate with an
exhibition of prof. Georgi Chapkanov. We
will present the luxurious, large format,
bilingual album, design by Vazrazdane
gallery with works of this outstanding
Bulgarian artist. The album, in fact, is
the first attempt to - full publication of
the works of Chap. 148 pages with 239
illustrations and 96 photographs.
On the feast will be served and another
prize for art journalism.

8. Chapkanov is a jeweler sorcerer in modern Bulgarian sculpture. The bright
moral code of a man, philosopher and esthete, his deeply ingrained patriarchal
spirit nadzalezniyat his idealism, his heart - open and participatory for everyone
and everything - that's the basis on which the talent of the artist creates original
world where absolutely worthily compete sculpture, drawing, watercolor,
graphics, and so on.

George Chapkanov increasingly becoming the highest artistic level, which long
ago, in fact, belong to him. Painter, thinker and man sculptor from God, it is
increasingly looking for larger shapes (busts and monuments), but continues to
create magnificent drawings that it ranked in the top three contemporary
Bulgarian painter. Whatever it out from under his hands, it has the qualities of a
classic. Though with increasing years and increasing the spiritual, mental and
generosity he gives the viewer investing it into their creations. Chop sang,
ridiculed and condemned, with much love for man, everything human and
humanist remains unmatched in our contemporary art.
