    Service Centres globally.
•   Our major financial services franchises in Australia are complemented by businesses
    in New Zealand, Asia, the United Kingdom and the United States.
•   Our businesses meet customers needs from individuals to small and medium
    business to global companies in all kinds of banking and wealth management
•   Our customers expect that we collaborate consistently to deliver to their needs
     – in an agile & adaptive way,
     – building deep and authentic relationships and
     – driving additional business and customer value.

     – We use Sharepoint extensively for work processes, knowledge management and
         to facilitate interactions.
     – Conversations flow between solutions driven by our people whenever and
         whereever required across functions, businesses, time and location.
