and it is also very traditional in a city called Manteo
Waterfront in North Caroline, U.S.A.

music, and many other fun activities for children

celebration of Dare Day
There is a program called D.A.R.E in the U.S.A
schools. It tries to provide children with the
information and skills they need to live drug and
violence free lives, which is indeed a challenge.
