 Developing suppliers by supporting Technical and Quality System knowledge.
 Responsible for collecting and evaluating PPAP/AOI &ISAR, SPC reports submitted by
suppliers.
 Preparation of Incoming Inspection standards..
 Maintaining supplier PPAP/ISAR and SPC reports.
 Monitoring supplier’s quality performances and improving their performance by doing analysis
and taking corrective actions.
 Raising Quality Concern Reports (Flash Report) in case of supplier quality problems.
 Following up of filled in Quality Concern Reports from suppliers and verifying the adequacy of

 Maintaining and controlling Assembly, final product quality.
 Monitoring and controlling of External and Internal rejections and implementing timely
corrective actions.
 APQP Documentation during New Product Development.

 Controlling of incoming, line and final inspection.

 CFT-Member in preparation of FMEA, PPAP for parts approval.
