Kristy Curtis Bio
Kristy Curtis has over 17 years experience in the health and wellbeing industry across a variety
of areas including Group Fitness Instruction and management, corporate health programs,
Personal Training and nutrition plans.
Kristy is a professional keynote speaker, guest lecturer and media presenter. Her most recent
media work includes The Biggest Loser Asia TV and Health Me TV Singapore. She speaks on
the international circuit at corporate conferences providing expert advice on health & wellbeing.
Kristy runs her own health company, Kristy Curtis Health with a client list ranging from everyday
Australians through to celebrities and models.
She is currently finishing her first health and wellbeing book, due for release in Asia later in
2014.

Kristy was drawn into the world of health and fitness as part of her step to recovery from body

Kristy is a former State and National champion and a World Aerobic qualifier.
Kristy has lived and worked in London and has a Business degree in Sport and Event
Management.
