13 years in real estate transaction managment. The total amount of cross-border transactions closed in 2007-2008 makes around $700 000 000. Focused on develpment projects in Russia. Our Company develops warehouse projects and shopping centers in Russia. We are working at the moment on a warehouse project in South of Moscow (550 km), in the city with the population 1 million people. The project area around 70.000 sqm, land site area 180,000 sq.m. We would be interested to meet other potential investors / partners interested in projects in the specific area and exchange information on possible forms of cooperation for financing, and/or co-development of the above project.
