We would begin by reviewing your client’s needs through discussions with their involved family members. When necessary, we consult with the physician of the Care Recipient, social workers or nursing home staff. We carefully match the caregiver with the necessary experience and personality to the needs of each Care Recipient. Next, we would arrange for caregivers to visit your client’s home so the Care Recipient and/or involved family members can participate in the selection process.
After the caregiver has been placed in your client’s home we continue our system of ongoing personalized contacts through telephone check-ins and home visits. If requested by you and approved by the Care Recipient or his/her family, we would also periodically update you on the case.

Polite, knowledgeable and reasonable office staff.
Messages returned quickly.
Rapid problem solving.
Flexibility regarding schedules.
Flexibility regarding changing of caregivers.
We communicate frequently with Care Recipients, Clients.
Small things make a big difference – acknowledgement of birthdays, anniversaries etc.
“One Stop” care/client services including at home nursing, liaison with CCAC’s/Social
Workers, personal care etc.
