d’Auvibel, sont INCESSIBLES.

2. Les droits d’auteur que vous percevez de la
SAJ sont collectés auprès du marché (et donc
des utilisateurs de vos œuvres). Il ne s’agit
donc aucunement de l’argent de votre
employeur! Cela ne doit donc pas le
préoccuper que vous soyez membre d’une
société de gestion ou non.

3. La SAJ, avec toute son équipe, est là pour
accompagner les activités de vos employeurs
et non pour bloquer leurs développements
stratégiques.
Les solutions que la SAJ trouve avec eux sont
donc à chaque fois des solutions négociées.

4. Les sommes que vous percevez de la SAJ sont
des droits d’auteur bénéficiant du régime
fiscal avantageux mis en place par la loi du 16
juillet 2008.
Elles sont donc taxées à hauteur de 15% par
l’intermédiaire d’un précompte mobilier
libératoire retenu par la SAJ.
Vous ne devrez donc plus déclarer ces
sommes dans votre déclaration fiscale.

5. Interdiction pour les indépendants à titre
principal de facturer à 100% en droits
d’auteur car sinon, ils n’auront plus de
protection sociale (voir article publié sur le

6. En vous affiliant à la SAJ, vous pouvez déclarer
non seulement vos œuvres relatives à votre
année d’affiliation mais également celles liées
aux 5 années antérieures. La SAJ dispose de
suffisamment de réserves par rapport à ces
différents contrats et paiements reçus pour y
satisfaire.

7. A ses membres de l’audiovisuel, la SAJ
demande de lui fournir également un listing
électronique détaillé de leurs œuvres
diffusées par leur(s) employeur(s). Ce fichier
doit servir à la SAJ à pouvoir revendiquer
adéquatement leurs reportages auprès des
différents redevables de la SAJ.
Ce listing doit reprendre pour chaque
reportage: sa chaîne de diffusion, sa date de
diffusion, un titre et sa durée.
