final destination within the Acelity/KCI facility
• Developed new logging processing using Adobe Acrobat software to ensure visitor logs were being kept
in a searchable database (old way was on paper, stacked in boxes in the manager’s office)
• Ensured deliveries were routed to the delivery entrance for tighter security
• Answered telephones and screened/routed calls to the appropriate department (HR, Facilities, etc.)
• Staffed the Control Center (when the assigned officer was unavailable) managing five buildings with one
hundred plus closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras and over four hundred door alarms. Ensured only

law enforcement facilities for any criminal activities within the Acelity/KCI campus

CCTV’s for 3 buildings including train switching yards in the Omaha, Nebraska area (over eight hundred
