Wendy's uses RizePoint's mobile auditing software to conduct in-store quality assurance audits more efficiently. Traditionally, audits took 4 hours to complete with 2-4 additional hours for data entry, but RizePoint allows audits to be done and data saved electronically on mobile devices. This saves significant time and provides better metrics and insights into store performance. As a result of improved audits and identifying performance gaps quicker, Wendy's franchisee Joe Turner has seen improved store sales and quality.

The workshop is part of a broader campaign, funded by Renaissance, to help museums in Hampshire and the Solent to work together to promote themselves to tourists.
