This document provides information on the technology representation for a project. It introduces three individuals: Adrian Perkins, an Australian-born British citizen with experience in electronics engineering, rescue operations, and as a helicopter pilot; René Barillas, a Canadian resident born in Mexico with experience in engineering management; and Joel Pederick, a Norwegian resident born in Australia with 18 years of offshore oil and gas experience as an operations manager. It also provides information on various unmanned systems and sensor technologies from the company NORBIT, including underwater acoustics, radar and optics, and integrated monitoring systems for ports and vessels.
