The patient presented with urinary symptoms including frequent urination, nocturia, and a poor urine stream for the past 3 months. Examination found an enlarged, hard prostate gland. Testing showed an elevated PSA level of 80.38 ng/dL. Imaging revealed an enlarged prostate invading the bladder neck and surrounding structures, along with enlarged lymph nodes and bone metastases. A biopsy confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate with a Gleason score of 7.
