As the debris was removed and plans were developed for the rebuilding of the site it was apparent order had to be imposed on the site. Parsons Brinckerhoff was part of the team selected to provide program and project management for this effort. The presentation will provide an overview of these efforts undertaken to coordinate the various ownership and client groups during the rebuilding of the World Trade Center complex.
