2. Calendar: A powerful tool
Comidor features a fully interactive calendar, where you can monitor
your scheduled activities (tasks, meetings, assignments, events etc) on a
daily, week or month basis.
Open your calendar to manage
your tasks. From the “Apps”
choose “Calendar”.
This is how your calendar looks like
VIEWS (based on status)
The calendar has 3 distinctive views:
All tasks: View all scheduled activities (completed and pending)
Only pending: View only the pending scheduled activities
Grid View: View all daily scheduled activities (completed and pending) as
a report (Title, Task type, Actual Time, Actual duration, Account)

3. VIEWS (based on time period)
Month: Monthly calendar with all the activities based on the selected
status view (all tasks, only pending etc)
Week: Weekly calendar with all the activities
Day: Daily Calendar with all the activities
ICONS
Every task has a small symbol on the upper left corner. The symbol
indicates the task type:
Work
Travel
Event
Phone
Meeting
Reminder
Appointment
The color of the symbol indicates the status of the task:
Red icon: A task that has been canceled
Orange icon: A pending task or assignment
Green icon: A task that has been completed
ACTIONS
Add task: Add a new activity (task or
assignment) simply by clicking on any day in
the calendar.
Edit task: Edit the scheduled activity. Click on
any activity on the calendar and then click the
“View/Edit Task” button
Move task: Drag & drop the scheduled activity
to the desired day
