The range of bathroom lamps with
high IP44 protection class
An IP44 protection class is mandatory in cer-
tain zones. IP44 means that the lamp meets
high safety standards regarding splash water
and moisture. Thus, these lamps are of
particularly high value. The build of our IP44
lamps permits use in the respective zone,
as clearly marked in the sketch. Lamps with
a higher protection class (e.g. IP54) can be
used in these zones as well, but offer additi-
onal safety. Products with lower IP protection
class can be mounted outside of the marked
areas in the bathroom.
Das Badeleuchten-Programm mit hoher
IP44 Schutzklasse
In bestimmten Zonen ist eine IP44
Schutzklasse Voraussetzung. IP44 bedeu-
tet, dass die Leuchte hohen Sicherheits-
anforderungen in Bezug auf Spritzwas-
ser und Feuchtigkeit standhält. Somit
sind diese Leuchten besonders hochwer-
tig. Die Bauart unserer IP44 Leuchten
erlaubt den Einsatz in der dafür vorge-
sehenen Zone, die in der Skizze deutlich
markiert ist. Auch Leuchten mit höherer
Schutzklasse (z.B. IP54) können in diesen
Zonen eingesetzt werden, bieten darü-
ber hinaus aber noch höheren Schutz.
Produkte mit niedrigerem IP Wert kön-
nen außerhalb der markierten Bereiche
im Badezimmer montiert werden.

Dans certaines zones, une classe de protecti-
on IP44 est une condition sine qua non. IP44
signifie que la lampe résiste à des contrain-
tes de sécurité draconiennes en rapport
avec les projections d'eau et l'humidité. Ain-
si, ces lampes sont particulièrement haut de
gamme. La construction de nos lampes IP44
permet une utilisation dans la zone prévue
à cet effet, qui est nettement identifiée sur
le schéma. Lampes avec une classe de pro-
tection supérieure (p.ex. IP54) peuvent éga-
lement être utilisées dans la même zone,
mais offrent une sécurité supplémentaires.
Produits avec inférieure classe de protection
IP peuvent être montés à l'extérieur des
zones marquées dans la salle de bains.
Quality Criterion Colour Rendering
The colour rendering index Ra describes the
colour rendering quality of lamps. The higher
the Ra value, the less will the artificial light
affect the appearance of the object colours.
The maximum Ra-value (e.g.the Ra-value
of the sun) is 100. Lamps with an Ra >90
therefore make you look better.Lamps with
an Ra-value of >90 are marked with this
button.
Qualitätskriterium Farbwiedergabe
Mit dem Farbwiedergabe-Index Ra wird
die Qualität der Farbwiedergabe von
Lampen beschrieben. Je höher der
Ra-Wert ist, desto weniger verfälscht das
künstliche Licht die Farbe von Objekten.
Der maximale Ra-Wert (z.B. der Ra-Wert
der Sonne) ist 100. Leuchten mit Ra >90
lassen Sie somit besser aussehen. Leuch-
ten die einen Ra-Wert von >90 haben,
sind mit diesem Button gekennzeichnet.
Le rendu des couleurs comme critère de
qualité
La qualité du rendu des couleurs des
ampoules est décrite à l'aide de l'indice
de rendu des couleurs Ra. Plus la valeur
Ra est élevée, moins la lumière artificiel-
le falsifie la couleur des objets. La valeur
Ra maximale (par ex. la valeur Ra du
soleil) est de 100. Ainsi, vous apprécierez
davantage les lampes ayant un indice
Ra supérieur à 90. Les lampes ayant une
