This document provides a summary of activities from a first grade class. It describes independent reading, handwriting practice, making cards, playing with blocks and puppets, using a typing program, learning about plants and math games. Other activities included reading at the school library, buddy reading, taking apart a laptop, playing tennis in PE, making books and crafts, sharing writing with older students, going on field trips to museums and monuments, doing fractions, playing volleyball, planting, playing games, exploring nature, and using 3D shapes.

1. First Grade with the ExploreOrrs 2010-2011

2. In indepedent reading we read in the morening after morening meeting.

3. At hand writing we do writing to get better at writing.

4. They make the card ksl.

5. Our friends are making a zoo that’s fun. Sometimes I want to play blocks. Blocks are fun.

6. Our wonders are cool. We like our wonders. Our class writes wonders.

7. We have free cois I was in puppets. We do some puppet sows.

8. Type to learn is fun because we get lessons and if you want to go to your note book you can.

9. Flowrs grow because flowrs have seeds .

10. Our class has lots of math games.

11. The licon logs are fun because we could make houses.

12. We are reading at the library. This library is in our school. These students are reading books. I like reading books too.

13. We do buddy reading to get better at reading and to learn more.

14. We are taking apart the laptop. The laptop doesn't work. I’m taking it apart. I'm taking off the mouse.

15. In P.E. we play tennis. It is fun to play tennis. We throw the ball up with our right or left hand.

16. Our class mad lots of tales. Our tales had 4 pages or 5.

17. Making music is fun because it sounds awesome.

18. We share our writing with 4 th graders. Some 4 th graders are funny. It was I Heart Writing Day.

19. The fox is bad. The fox can bit you. I wonder why the fox is there.

20. Our class knocked down 10 pins. Bowling is a sport.

21. We whar doing picture frames because it was cirstmas. And we made it for our moms and our dads too. It was fan because we gliue and gliue.

22. It’s the 100 th day of school. We are doing dots. We’re takeing terns.

23. Our class makde necklaces for 100 day. Some pepel did not get to do it.

24. Our class went to the museum. We were looking at old toys. It was fun.

25. We played duck duck goose in our school trip. Our school trip was to DC.

26. We stand in frit of the Washington Monumet. we toke picers in the feld trip.

27. We do fractions and activitees to get better at math.

28. Volleyball can make you sweat and is a sport.

29. Our class did lots of weeding. So we can plant.

31. We all play boo. To play boo. We on a class play. We pick a car and read.

32. We rold like a egg on the mate to do some work in p.e.

33. We are in the natuer center. We saw snakes. One was blak. We had fun.

34. In the nature center we wanted to let the ladybug go. There is a ladybug on her hand. It’s so tiny.

35. This is a lima bean and lima beans can be planted and this is on field trip.

36. These tadpoles are almost frogs just look at the size of the tadpoles.

37. We are eating food. We liked it so we played. And it was fun. It was hot we still played. It was a school trip.

38. We mad a lady bug book. We mad 9 pages and a glossy.

39. We are takeing pikchers of our class. Were exaded.

40. On Monday our teacher bring chicks from her house. We took picchers of them.

41. 3D shapes are fun. Some shapes are fat. We explore with the 3D shapes.

42. In CLCP we get to play Turtle Art. We like to play in Turtle Art. Turtle Art is fun.

43. We ate inside the classroom and we had lots of fun because we got to chat with our friends.
